The excitement of life’s special occasions starts long before the day of the event—it’s in the love, care, and planning that goes into every little detail. No one understands this better than I do. Raised in a big family full of party-planning aunts and cousins well-versed in social etiquette, flower arranging, and decorating, I became the official invitation designer for all our special gatherings. This, combined with my artist mom’s lessons in crafts and DIY, inspired me to pursue a Fine Arts degree in graphic design. By day, I worked in ad agencies and corporate in-house design departments à la Mad Men. At night or in my free moments, I’d design illustrations, greeting cards, rubber stamps and invitations that let me play with the things I loved most: paper, paint, beads, glitter, ribbons…the occasional polka dot or two.

Inspired by the whimsy and delight of life’s big moments, I took a leap and started my shop in 2009. Tickled Pink Paper + Ink is named after the true joy and happiness I feel while creating stationery products. Each illustration, card, invitation, stamp, and announcement is specially made with lots of love, just like my family taught me.
